Summer Daze

• You register for the program as a whole. The registration fee is $80 for the 1st child and $50 for any other children in the family. That is paid using an account you set up with us using the paper financial packet.
• The Summer Daze Program is 11 weeks in total this summer. 
• After that, you choose when they attend. 
• We are open from 7am-6pm Monday-Friday with the exception of July 3rd when we are closed for the federal holiday 4th of July.
• You can drop off and pick up any time between those hours unless we leave the property for a field trip. When we have an off-site field trip, the entire staff and students go, nobody stays behind, so if they will attend that day they have to arrive before we leave.
• You can send them anywhere between 0-5 days a week. You are only charged for the actual days of attendance. 
• If they don't attend for a whole week, you will not get a statement, and you are not charged a fee for that week.

• When you drop them off, you scan an id card clocking them into the timeclock. When you pick them up, you use the id card to scan them out. If they are in attendance 6 hours or less, you are charged a half day rate of $45. If they are in attendance over 6 hours the system enters the fee of a full day rate of $55. You don't need to tell us ahead of time if they will be in attendance UNLESS I specifically ask about a day for supplies reasons or making sure I have room on a bus. 
• There is no added fee for water days.
• If they attend a day of an off-site field trip or in school "Event" there will be an added fee of $13 for that.
• Statements go out each Monday if they attended the week prior. The fees are then auto paid each Wednesday using the account you set up with us using the financial packet.

• From 7-9 kids are all together in the cafeteria. We have a morning table project that is free choice and toys / free time.
• At 9:00 we have a snack and take attendance. After snack we split into groups. Preschool, going into kindergarten, going into 1^st grade, and going into 2^nd or older. (The group ages may change depending on how many of each group enroll for the summer program in any given year.)
• From 9:30-11 we have recess and a morning project in their separate groups.
• At 11:00 all groups go to the cafeteria for lunch.
• At 11:30 we split again for recess / free time / projects / gym time and Nap or rest time for preschool.
• At 3:00 all groups come together again for snack.
• After snack the kids are together in the gym- cafeteria until 6:00

• There are no structured learning or classes over the summer. Every day will have projects/ games/ activities related to the theme of the week.
• Tuesdays we typically have "Water Day" (if the weather permits) where the kids can wear a swimsuit, play in sprinklers / splash mat/ water shooters or if they don't want to get wet they can play with outdoor toys/ chalk. 

• There is no lunch program over the summer, so you pack a lunch daily.
• You will send a water bottle daily.
• We have snacks at 9 and 3. If the kids are there at that time, they will be provided a snack by us. 
• If they get dropped off at 9:15 or after snack time will be over and they will not get the morning snack.
• If they picked up before 3:00 they will not get the afternoon snack. You can provide your own snack if you prefer. 
• Kids have the opportunity to go to their cubby and get their own snack if they don't want what we provide.

• From June 15-19, we will, as a group, attend Vacation Bible School, which is a program that is led by our church. We are still open from 7-6. You can still drop off and pick up at any time. There is no added fee involved. Normal fees apply this week, so kids are still clocked in and out as normal and fees are still assessed in the same way by the computer.
• We have prayer daily before and after lunch.

• If you are going to enroll in the 2026-27 school year, do that first. 

NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT

• After your child is in the system, we can easily ADD summer daze enrollment instead of you filling out two separate registration forms. The school form asks more questions, so we prefer to do that if they will be attending during the school year.

SUMMER DAZE APPLICATION

• If your child is currently enrolled in the 25-26 school year and returning, let the office know they are returning and that you want to add Summer Daze to the enrollment and they will take care of that.

If your child is currently enrolled in the 25-26 school year and not returning for 26-27 but you want them to attend Summer Daze Only, let the office know and they will take care of that.

NEW 2026-27 School Year Enrollment - Summer Daze can be added by the office when you complete the school finance packet without you doing anything extra. We don't limit the number of students accepted into the Summer Daze program- so it can be added at any time.
