Reading is an important part of elementary education and here at St. Peter we incorporate it into many aspects of our teaching.
Handwriting & Cursive
Beginning in preschool, our students work on their handwriting skills in addition to cursive writing is practiced Pre-K through 8th grade.
Our Mission
St. Peter Lutheran School exists to connect children and their families to their Savior Jesus Christ. We are passionately dedicated to the pursuit of educational excellence, taught in a Christ-centered, enriching environment, which enables students to grow in faith, knowledge and to demonstrate their love for Jesus and others.

Technology
Technology is part of today's society. Our teachers have tools such as Chrome books, iPads, and promethean boards to incorporate technology into the daily lesson plans but also are encouraged to focus on more traditional classroom practices as well.
Play-based Learning
Our play-based preschool program is designed to help your child grow and learn. At St. Peter, we focus on ensuring extra individualized attention for each and every student. A safe, nurturing, and loving environment is provided to help prepare children for elementary school and beyond. By developing important academic, social, and emotional skills, our teachers help each child discover an exciting world of learning and play.

Having our kid's at St. Peter's is priceless. Living in a world that has turned away from God, can feel very hopeless in terms of trying to raise kids that love God and Jesus. Being exposed to St. Peter's Christ centered approach has really made it a part of their lives.

Our kids have been thriving at St. Peter's. They are excelling academically. More importantly, it has been amazing seeing their faith grow. It warms our hearts to hear them share God's love with friends and family. This has been an amazing gift and we are forever grateful.
